General V.P. Malik
served as Chief of the Army Staff of the Indian Army from October 1997 to September 2000. Concurrently, he was the Chairman, Chiefs, of Staff Committee of India from January 1999 to September 2000. General Malik has authored several papers on defence planning and security issues, and addressed and participated in various national and international workshops, seminars, conferences and track 2 dialogues in the US, UK and Germany.



Dr Amiya Chandra, a senior Civil Servant by profession and an academician by orientation, earned his doctorate degree from the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi, India. He has a rich experience of working in various ministries of the Government of India in different capacities –  including handling of the imports and exports policies and procedures


Dr. Nivedita Das Kundu, ( PhD) an academic with University teaching and think tank research experience. She completed her master’s and doctoral studies from Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi and University of Helsinki. She did her post- doctoral study from Woodrow Willson Centre for Scholars, Washington DC. Her Ph.D and post doctoral studies is in International Relations.
