ABOUT Author

Vinod Anand is a Senior Fellow& Editor at the Vivekananda International Foundation, New Delhi. He writes on international, strategic and security issues. He has written several papers on ASEAN and South East Asian countries as well as China. He has written on multilateralism and lectured on geostrategy, multilateralism and regional organisations. In addition, he has presented papers on South Asia and Indian Ocean Region. He has also authored papers and briefs on the defence forces of the SE Asian countries and China. Earlier, he has authored monographs and book chapters on Central Asia and Afghanistan. Recently, he has published an edited volume on Myanmar.
