Dr. K. K. Wadhwa, M.A. (Pol. Sc.), Ph.D. war born (1935) in Distt. Sargodha, now in Pakistan, and migrated to India at the time of partition. After completing his education he started his teaching career in Ramjas College, University of Delhi, where he retired as Reader in March 2000. Besides teaching he has supervised research scholars for M.Phil, and Ph.D. Studies.
