Vinod Bhasker : Twenty four years of service and 45 years of anecdotes make Lieutenant Colonel Vinod Bhasker, a third generation infantry officer, quite a character himself. Life in various areas of the country and roles in different operations in the Army ensured that Vinod lived `in interesting times`. Apart from the training he received at IMA, Vinod has a Masters degree in International Security from California which is another story. `Life is too long to take it seriously` is his motto. He is presently stationed in the Nilgiris where he lives in a rambling house, with his beautiful wife, Suhashini, boisterous sons Suvin and Aman, Benny, the chocolate Labrador, Biscuit, the German Shepherd along with Jinx and Cleo the cats.
